Ask them the salary …
Ask them the salary range before you go to the company or else you’re wasting your time and theirs. If they can not tell you the range that means they are looking for the cheapest person they can get.

Always ask them how much they contribute to your benefits package before accepting anything. They pull this all the time. They never tell you how much the benefits cost, and then after you start you find out you have to pay 100% of the premiums.

If they want cheap labor, move to China..
