The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, be target driven with the ability to work under pressure. Strong relationship management skills, coupled with perseverance is a core prerequisite of this role.
Ok, my question here is…
I have no background in marketing or sales whatsoever…But…
Did a few month work as an Assistant. I’m so determined, motivated, & a hard worker (honestly)
Should I apply ?
Wow! I’d hire you! I don’t see why you shouldn’t apply. Never tell yourself "no", let someone else do that! If you talk yourself out of something before you even try, you may miss something really BIG!
My husband is actually looking for some real go-getters who are comfortable with talking with people. He works for a company called Send Out Cards. They specialize in helping small business owners stay in touch with their current and prospective customers. There’s a big potential for you to make some really good money, too! Even if you’ve never done sales before (which was my husband), there are people to help you become successful every step of the way! If you’re interested, check out sendoutcards.com and e-mail scottcunningham@sendoutcards.com.

always apply!! if this opportunity doesn’t work out you never know what else might come of it. You have to take advantage of this opportunity. They may find a current position more apporpriate for your level of skill but before you know it you’ll be marketing exec extraordinaire:)

Yes, applying is a good idea because you shouldn’t ever ace yourself out of something that could be a good opportunity. However, often times something that is labeled "Executive" like that, especially if it has to do with marketing and it doesn’t have a whole bunch of qualifications listed, might be an internet scam. If it is a website saying that you can be a marketing executive for them, it is probably an affiliate program where they will give you commission so that you will advertise their site. If the ad is from a reputable company that has a physical office near you, go for it! If not, beware that it may not be what you think it is. Hope that helps, and good luck!
