Sandra, agent here, is a serpent. she always acts like she is in best interest of the buyers. notice how you never see her talking with the sellers, Sandra always “excuses” herself and talks outside to the sellers. meaning, i got some fresh fish here and will get as much as i can for you, the seller on the phone.
      Sandra is a total serpent.

mid 320Ks I would have told her 310K or something you never offer a price that close to the listing ever because you don’t know if the seller needs to sell this house quick or whatever he might jump at your offer. Last, the worst he can say is no and then you make another offer and go higher. Sandra sucks. I think she is more of a seller agent than a buyer.

what BS is this? No mention of orig listing price and yet the agent thinks that the seller would get “offended”?
BS! No sane person gets offended by offers. 335K to 320K is actually a very high starting offer because its within 5% of the current listing price. HGTV is the markering arm for the realtor association.
