“after repair value” means what’s the property worth after the repairs have been completed
market value, what’s it worth in excellent condition, etc

I thought an “after repair value” ARV, was calculated by finding the market valuse and then minus the repair cost. But I guess its is the same a CMA, “COMPS” right?
